1 quart Rough Cut Vidalia Oinons
1 tbsp Seasoned Peanut Oil
1 tbsp Celery Salt
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
3-4 cups Vinegar
Bring vinegar to a boil and remove from heat.
Put onions and all other ingredients in a quart container.
Fill container with hot vinegar to within 1/8 of the top.
Seal, shake to desolve salt, and let set for 1 week before serving
